Jennifer Tilly, born on September 16, 1958 at Los Angeles under extremely poor circumstances. Her mother was an unsuccessful actor and schoolteacher, sold cars while her dad was an auto salesman. Jennifer was the second child in the family of four, was often at her mother's theater performance and extremely impressed. Jennifer's divorce occurred when she turned five. Jennifer was brought up to British Columbia by her mother and moved in with her siblings. Jennifer was not able to get the best education, even though she was being a gifted kid. As a child Jennifer was frequently being the target of bullies in Canadian schools. In high school her passion for theater started to diminish. To combat this, her mother helped to take part as an extra in a variety of plays. Her children all were inspired by their mother to follow their passion for the arts. After that, she took action.
