On Saturday the 7th of July, gymnast and seven-time Olympic medallist Simone Biles and NFL safety Jonathan Owens said their vows in Cabo, Mexico, in the presence of 144 people. Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens first met in 2020 on Raya, the gold medallist who began the friendship through Jonathan's DMs. Although Biles was too young to compete in Olympic competition in the Olympics until 2012, Biles became a part of the National Senior Team in March 2013 when she reached the age of 16. Biles won medals during competitions held that took place in Jesolo in Italy and Chemnitz in Germany. Simone Biles Owens and Jonathan Owens got married a 2nd time during a destination wedding in Mexico. Vogue reports that the couple wed in Cabo. A few weeks earlier, the couple held a tiny courthouse wedding at Houston on the 22nd of April as well as their wedding in Cabo featured 144 people. After saying "I do" in an Texas courthouse in April of 2023, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens celebrated their marriage once time with their second ceremony. Page Six reports that on the 6th of May 2023, the Olympic gymnast and NFL Star tied the knot at Cabo, Mexico.
